1. Guest WiFi

Signing in

Our WiFi is free for guests. To connect, you sign in with your mobile number or email address. Please use your own, real contact info.

The free appetizer box

The sign-in page has an optional box: "Yes! Send me a free appetizer and Lookout Tavern offers. Unsubscribe anytime." It starts unchecked, and you get WiFi whether you check it or not. If you check it:

• We'll send you a free appetizer offer for a future visit. Which appetizers qualify, the days it's good, and when it expires are shown on the offer itself.
• If you signed in with your email, you also join our email list for offers and event news (section 2). Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Signing in with your mobile number, with or without the box checked, does not sign you up for marketing texts. Texts only go to guests who join the Text Club.
• One appetizer offer per guest. The offer rules in section 4 cover the rest.

Using the network

While you're on our WiFi, please don't:

• do anything illegal, or download or share material you don't have the rights to;
• try to get into other people's devices, our systems, or anything you're not authorized to access;
• send spam, spread malware, or harass anyone;
• use so much bandwidth that it ruins the connection for everyone else.

We may limit speeds, block sites or services, set time limits, or disconnect any device at any time.

It's a public network

Our WiFi is shared and isn't secure, so anything you send could be seen by others. Use secure (https) sites and apps for anything sensitive. The WiFi is provided as is and as available. It may be slow or down, and we're not responsible for lost data, damage to your device, or anything you do or see online while connected. Guests under 18 should have a parent or guardian's OK to use it.

Our WiFi provider records your device's network identifier and when you connect. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with that.

2. Email list

You can join our email list through the WiFi box, a table QR code, an offer page, or our website. We'll email you offers, event news, and occasional notes from the Tavern. How often varies. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them.

We also send emails you ask for, like the pass for an offer you claimed. Those can still arrive after you unsubscribe from marketing, because you requested them.

3. Lookout Tavern Text Club (SMS terms)

The program. When you opt in to Lookout Tavern's Text Club, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Lookout Tavern (offers, event news, and occasional replies about a visit) at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How you join. Only by checking the unchecked Text Club box on one of our sign-up forms (for example a table QR code or an offer page) and confirming you're 21 or older. Signing in to our WiFi does not join you.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.

Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one text confirming it, and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, call (602) 926-9786, or email management@lookoutaz.com. Reply START to rejoin.

Age. You must be 21 or older to join. Some offers involve alcohol.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major US carriers. Availability may vary.

Privacy. Your number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Manager texts you ask for. If you leave a number on a feedback form and ask a manager to reach out, a manager may text or call you about that visit only. That isn't marketing and doesn't join you to the Text Club. Reply STOP to end those texts too.

4. Offers and passes

Unless an offer says otherwise:

• Offers and passes are for the person they were issued to. One per guest per offer, verified by phone number. They can't be transferred, sold, or shared.
• No cash value and no change given. They can't be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Valid for dine-in at Lookout Tavern only, on the days and until the date shown on the offer. Expired passes can't be used.
• Show your pass when the bill comes. Your code stays live for a short time after you tap it, so tap it at the table.
• Tax and gratuity aren't included. Offers follow Arizona liquor laws, so some exclude alcohol.
• Birthday offers need a birthday on file and are one per year.
• We may change or end any offer at any time, and may refuse or cancel offers obtained with fake numbers, duplicate accounts, or other abuse.
• Void where prohibited.

5. Feedback and manager callbacks

Feedback you leave on our table or visit pages goes to our managers so we can fix what went wrong and thank the people who made your night. We may use your comments to improve, but we won't publish your name with them without your OK.

If you choose to post a review on Google or anywhere else, that review is yours and that site's terms apply. We ask every guest the same way, and we never offer anything in exchange for a review.

6. Tavern Rewards

Tavern Rewards, our loyalty program, runs on Toast, our point-of-sale provider. Its program rules are shown when you sign up, and Toast's own terms and privacy policy also apply to it.

7. Our websites

• We work to keep the hours, menus, prices, and events on lookoutaz.com current, but they can change without notice. If the site and the Tavern don't match, the Tavern's current hours and prices apply.
• Some buttons take you to other companies' sites, like online ordering, reservations, and gift cards. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
• Nightlife table bookings follow the booking terms shown on the booking page when you book.
• The photos, logos, and words on our websites belong to Lookout Tavern. Please ask before using them.

8. The rest of the fine print

• Our websites, WiFi, pages, and offers are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lookout Tavern isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using them.
• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using our websites, WiFi, or pages after a change means you accept it.
• These terms are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
