CASE HISTORY
On November 30th 2023, We were denied a USE PERMIT FOR PATRON DANCING due to complaints from a small group of local residents about loud music during our nightlife. Immediately following the denial, We took ownership of the situation and made significant changes to our operations to resolve the issue, also at incredible expense. Since that day, we have been operating well within the law. This has also been verified on EIGHT separate times by on-site inspections by city compliance officers. We also now do 24/7 sound monitoring from 3 locations on the property with real-time notifications. ZERO complaints have been lodged since October 30th 2023
